All around the globe today, Tai Chi is enjoyed for its significant health benefits; including reinforcing physical balance, coordination of breath and movement, and encouraging a calm, positive emotional outlook. Chi Kung (meaning “Energy Cultivation Practice”) is emerging as a popular accessible workout, ideal for introducing practitioners to the concept of exercise movement to increase wellness.
